P7 Summer Term Update

Welcome back to a strange, new and final term of Primary School!

Mrs Carson and Mr Lynch have been discussing how we can best support P7 to keep progressing over this extended period of learning at home.  We hope that what we have come up with has a balance of choice, direction and challenge.

Each week we will upload a grid of activities to both SeeSaw and Microsoft Teams for the children to access.  These will cover several curricular areas and will be considered the minimum amount of work expected for that week.

The grids we sent home last term should still be used, including those from Mr Glass for PE and Mr Brownlie for STEM especially as some of the activities were intended to be repeatable. These should be used as supplementary tasks for pupils who have completed the weekly grids.

We will expect to see evidence from every pupil for each activity on the weekly grid, whether that is submitted assignments on Teams or posts on Seesaw and will be keeping track of what you are up to!  Remember, we are not there to “push” you, so your progress and improvement really depends on how much time and effort you put in.

We will also continue to post links to websites full of content and ideas for learning which will usually be optional, but will sometimes be important and expected.

As always, please get in touch with either Mrs Carson or Mr Lynch with any questions or comments, via the addresses below:
